From Pioneers in Location Tech to Leaders in AI Crowd Intelligence
2011 - 2018: LEMON - a location‑tech first. We launched LEMON, an opt‑in “Find My Friend” network for the NY Marathon in 2011 that used GPS for a family to locate an exhausted runner - yes - we launched on Broadway!
We then developed new methods of retrieving a mobile device’s location so we could track indoors such as Wi‑Fi triangulation and Bluetooth beacons and tracked user movement at some of the world’s largest conferences such as the NY Auto Show and Fashion Week.
It was one of the first scalable systems to recognise user movement and trigger personalised messages. But with millions of devices uploading data every five minutes to our antiquated AWS servers, the processing demands were enormous and real‑time analysis simply wasn’t possible.
Real-time processing was not possible.
Just a few of the global brands that trusted LEMON to deliver value to their elite mambers.
Today: Vision Colides with AI and quantum processing.
Artificial Intelligence and supercomputing have finally caught up to our ambition. We’ve fused our proven location expertise with cutting‑edge AI modelling and with today’s processing power we are now capable of processing massive data flows.
Now we can deliver real‑time crowd management, predictive analytics and faster emergency response - enabling you to help keep your visitors happy and safe.
